Court of Protection Solicitor (Deprivation of Liberty), 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £60,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a growing team in the West Midlands. JOB REF: 1329

THE ROLE:
• Handle a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including Property & Financial Affairs, for Health & Welfare Deputies, for replacement Trustees, for Deputies and Attorneys for Gifting and for Statutory Wills.
• Advise on contested Court of Protection matters and deprivation of liberty cases
• Provide high-quality client care and maintain compliance standards
• Play an active role in team development and business growth initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 3 years’ experience in Court of Protection work
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
