OVERVIEW:
•The firm represents clients in some of the most complex matters, providing expert guidance across all areas of private client law.
•You will handle a diverse range of matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, Court of Protection cases, and lasting powers of attorney.
•This role is mainly office-based, with the option to work from home one day per week.
•This role provides a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth, including the possibility of training in areas such as marketing, if you are interested.
•While this position is not a management role, the firm values individuals with leadership potential who are enthusiastic about growing and advancing within the organisation.
•The firm are welcoming applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least one year of experience managing a caseload of Private Client matters.
