JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £70k plus (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
We’re working with a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm with a clear strategy for growth. They’re now looking to strengthen their real estate presence in Northampton with a senior-level hire – someone who is ready to step into a key leadership role in the office. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be leading and developing a high-quality caseload of general commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, leases. You will play a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management. In addition, you will work closely with specialists across the firm’s established real estate practice and be a part of a collaborative and supportive partnership team that shares a clear vision and strong momentum. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 6 years PQE in advising across the broad range of general commercial property transactions. With experience across all types of commercial property work, you will be well connected in Northampton and the surrounding market and be an avid business developer. Senior Associates looking to step into a Director role, Legal Directors ready for partnership or a Partner currently looking for a fresh start with their network of contacts are all encouraged to get in touch to discuss this role in some further detail.
