THE ROLE
• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Derbyshire.
• Join a busy and welcoming property team handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
• Manage files from instruction through to completion, including sales and purchases, remortgages and new build transactions.
• Provide a high-quality, client-focused service in a supportive and growing practice.
THE CANDIDATE
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers.
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented with strong communication and IT skills.
• Demonstrates a client-focused approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking, supportive firm.
