Residential Conveyancer (New Build), Essex – 2+ years – Circa £35k - £50k - An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with particular expertise in residential new build to join a well-established and expanding law firm based in Essex. OVERVIEW:
• Managing a varied caseload of residential new build transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaising with clients, developers and lenders to ensure a smooth process.
• You will have proven fee earning experience in handling new build conveyancing files independently and have strong attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills.
• You will be working as part of a collaborative and professional conveyancing department and be able to work efficiently within a fast – paced, client focussed environment.
