Job Description

Residential Property Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, up to c£80,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. JOB REF: 1761.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• You will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions
• Offer clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
• Collaborate with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency
• A proven track record of independently managing a high-quality conveyancing caseload is essential
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals
• It is essential that you have strong communication skills, leadership, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
