CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, TO C£80,000 + BENEFITS AND HYBRID WORKING – Successful, Legal 500 firm offering great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to take on a key role in the team. JOB REF:1910

• You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of corporate law work.
• You can expect to be working on mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity amongst other matters.
• You will be encouraged to carry out your own business development work and to build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients.
• This is an excellent opportunity for corporate solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE and will have experience in managing £multimillion corporate transactions
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and there is the scope for the appointed corporate solicitor to progress to a partner role before too long.
