OVERVIEW:
• Seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor.
• Ability to integrate into an experienced team and ensure smooth file transitions.
• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Deliver a consistently high level of client service.
• Proven experience handling: Sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new build purchases, buy-to-let transactions, freehold and leasehold matters, lease extensions, shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes and ISAs, remortgages and panel work.
• Desirable experience in: Company mortgages, equity release, title advice and rectification.
• Confident liaising with: Clients, estate agents, mortgage. lenders and other Solicitors.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building long term client relationships.
• Highly organised, proactive and professional approach.
