JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor (Head of Litigation)
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: Derbyshire
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
You will be overseeing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, while leading and developing a team of fee earners. The department handles a range of disputes including commercial contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, property disputes and general civil disputes. Alongside managing your own caseload of matters, you will be maintaining and building strong client relationships, lead and supervise the litigation team as well as support business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 8 years pqe in dealing with commercial and civil litigation. You will be playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth and be a commercially astute litigator looking to shape strategy, mentor a team continue growing the team. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will be ambitious and possess a strong background in both commercial and civil litigation.
