JOB TITLE: Residential Development Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Residential Development Solicitor you will be playing a key role in advising national and regional housebuilders, developers, landowners and promoters on complex residential development matters including strategic land acquisitions and disposals, option, promotion and conditional agreements, site assembly and infrastructure agreements. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, strong client exposure and a clear route for progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and strong technical knowledge in residential development work. You will be confident managing complex transactions independently and commercially astute with excellent drafting and negotiation skills along with the desire to further develop your career within residential development.
