Commercial Property Solicitor | West Midlands | Hybrid Working | 2–3+ PQE | Job Ref: 215303074

An established regional firm in the West Midlands is seeking a driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join and help grow its property offering.

The Role:
• Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and general portfolio management
• Working alongside an experienced Consultant on existing matters where required
• Playing a central role in growing the commercial property department
• Actively engaging in business development, networking and marketing initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to the long-term strategic growth of the team

The Candidate:
• Qualified Solicitor with 2–3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Confident managing files independently
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Keen to network and develop referrer relationships
• Ambitious and motivated to help grow a department
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
