Job Description

Conveyancer | Residential & Commercial Property | Fully Remote | Competitive Salary DOE

A well-established firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancer to handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters on a fully remote basis. The firm is open to both qualified and unqualified candidates, provided you are able to manage files independently with minimal supervision.

The role will involve managing a caseload from instruction through to completion, covering residential transactions such as sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, alongside commercial matters including leases, acquisitions and disposals, and general landlord and tenant work. You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties, and ensuring all files are handled in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.

The ideal Conveyancer will have experience across both residential and commercial property and be confident working in a fully remote environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload effectively are essential, alongside excellent communication and client care skills.

In return, the firm offers fully remote working, a competitive salary, and a supportive environment that provides both autonomy and flexibility.
