JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: £Market Rate

THE ROLE:
Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team is looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Disputes Solicitor to their growing practice. The appointed Solicitor will be advising on a range of high-value and complex disputes. The role will include advising on professional negligence claims, commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as contractual disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE who have experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters. Ideally you will have gained exposure to a varied caseload of litigation matters including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims as well as shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and also general disputes advisory work. You will have a team-oriented approach and strong communication skills together with experience of supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
