Job Description

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Distribution client in Cirencester, GL7.
  • £30,000 per annum
  • 0830 – 1700 Monday-Friday (37.5 hour week)
  • Temporary to Permanent
  • Opportunity to join a growing business and progress
About the Warehouse Supervisor job:
  • Measure, supervise and report on warehouse activities and employee performance
  • Suggest and implement continuous improvement ideas to drive productivity
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level through excellence in receiving, picking and dispatching products
  • Keep, maintain and record relevant documentation
The successful Warehouse Supervisor:
  • Proven supervisor or Team Leader experience within a busy warehouse environment
  • Current valid in date FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Computer literate  and familiar with WMS’
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
