Accounts Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a experienced Accounts Assistant to join our electronics manufacturing client based in Swindon, SN4. 

• 6 month FTC with potential to become Permanent
• Up to £36,000 per annum
• Monday-Friday 37.5 hour working week

About the Accounts Assistant job:

• Bank reconciliation, Matching and coding invoices
• Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices (AP and AR)
• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve finance related issues

The right Accounts Assistant candidate:

• AAT or equivalent relevant qualification
• Proven accounts assistant experience within the UK, ideally in a manufacturing facility
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or Oracle Hyperion
• Flexible, can do attitude towards work tasks
