Job Description
In order to be successful in your application, you must be confident and have some experience of supporting children, preferably with the secondary school age group (11-18).
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working, driven individual who has:
- A proven track record of working effectively with secondary school age children/young people in a pastoral or behaviour support role.
- Knowledge of the key issues affecting behaviour, attendance and welfare, combined with excellent interpersonal skills to not only challenge constructively but to motivate and inspire students.
