An established organisation is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their busy administration team, following upcoming internal changes.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied position combining event coordination, customer service, and general office support. Full on-site training will be provided. You’ll report directly to the Office Manager and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating events, including managing bookings, pricing, and allocation of resources
- Handling diary management and travel arrangements within an event coordination setting
- Managing customer enquiries and providing a high standard of service
- Supporting multi-booking requests, tours, and bespoke arrangements
- Assisting with general administrative duties across the department
- Using internal accounting systems and supporting routine financial admin tasks
- Ensuring accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail in all tasks
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using IT systems and office software
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Some knowledge of accounting or finance systems would be advantageous
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
