Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across a range of activities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with absence tracking and reporting
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
