Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 6am-2pm for the foreseeable (rotation possible in the future 6/2 | 2/10)

A well-established provider within the Print Industry, specialising in carton finishing, is seeking an experienced Folder Gluing Machine Operator. This role requires proficiency in operating Folder Gluing machinery with a focus on straight line, crash lock, as well as 4 and 6 corner gluing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Folder Gluing machinery to produce high-quality, precisely finished cartons in a variety of configurations
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all completed products to uphold industry standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate will have worked in a print or carton board packaging manufacturing site with experience in setting up and running Folder gluing machines for the following types of cartons; straight line, crash lock, 4 and 6 corner
• Live within a commutable distance of Redditch
• Be open to switching to a rotating shift
