Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, assisting with production tasks, and operating machinery. Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

•  Assisting in the production process to ensure efficient operations
•  Operating machinery (training will be provided)
•  Inspecting products for quality and ensuring standards are met
•  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
•  Following health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

•  Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is beneficial
•  Machine operating experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
•  Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
•  Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
