A growing UK based business located in Redditch are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role is offering a fixed day shift and will also offer an early finish every Friday, however regular overtime can be offered, paid at a premium rate.

Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:

• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Apply paint finishes using spray guns and relevant equipment
• Mix paints to required specifications
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards
• Maintain spray booths and equipment in safe working condition
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
