A family run business based in Alcester are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder (TIG & MIG) to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period. 
 
Responsibilities of a Welder:

• Using specialised Welding equipment

• Preparing materials

• Inspection of welds 

• Reading from drawings

For employees who demonstrate they can work to a good standard and prove their reliability, potential permanent contracts and future career progression within the business.
