Job Description

Work Planner & Administrator
Pertemps are seeking a proactive and organised Work Planner & Administrator to join our client’s busy service team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling annual and ad-hoc maintenance, as well as coordinating urgent call-outs and alarm responses.
Main duties of this Work Planner & Administrator rolePlan and schedule annual and ad-hoc maintenance activities
    • Arrange and coordinate urgent call-outs and alarm responses
    • Communicate effectively with service teams, suppliers, and the public
    • Maintain accurate records of planned and completed work
    • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
    • Monitor workloads and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks
    • Support the team with administrative duties as required
    • Escalate issues or conflicts to management promptly
    • Assist in reporting and tracking performance metrics
