Job Description

Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for an Administrator on a temporary basis.
  • Role - Administrator
  • Location - Edinburgh city centre
  • Duration - 3 months with possible extension
  • Hours - 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday between 0830 - 1700)
  • Pay rate - £13.48 per hour
  • Start date - asap

The successful candidate will be:
  • Providing essential administrative support to the Education sector
  • Supporting with bulk supply recruitment for schools
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Updating information on systems appropriately
  • Handling Freedom of Information requests
  • Any other tasks as required

You should have a proven track record in an administrative capacity, have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You should have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
