About the role:

As part of a transformational HSE team, your role will be focused on working with leadership teams to improve safety standards across global operations. Using data-driven insights and statistical modeling, you will be spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and new ways of "doing safety".
  • You will be joining a team of passionate safety professionals who are working on redefining and implementing a best-in-class safety culture across an organisation that is steadily growing
  • Your focus will be on taking a scientific approach to everything from safety incident data to engineering principles and ergonomics, using these insights to drive better decision making around strategy, resources and priorities.
  • You will spearhead a Safety in Design effort to implement consistent, standardized approaches across specific design solutions.
  • HSE Performance: you will look at new metrics and ways of measuring KPIs to ascertain current state vs objectives, and using data analytics you will build a holistic view on safety effectiveness across the company.
What we are looking for:
  • A master's degree in statisctics, economics, data science or similar, or an MBA.
  • Demonstrable experience using data analytics as a tool to develop and improve safety systems and processes
  • Global experience in an international environment (industry is not important - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds!)
  • A passion for innovation and the desire to make real changes within an organisation
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust, change minds and drive collaboration
What's on offer
  • A generous salary up to 150,000 base, plus bonus

  • Career development and training opportunities (nationally and internationally)
  • Extensive perks and benefits such as corporate fitness plans, health insurance, pension, commuting allowance
