Secretary / PA – Property Department
Location: Norwich | Hybrid Working Available

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Norwich is seeking a Secretary / PA to support Fee Earners in their busy Property Department. What You'll Be Doing
• Typing and preparing correspondence, emails, and legal documents
• Assisting with billing and payment requests
• Managing diaries, meetings, and conference calls (Teams/Zoom)
• Liaising with clients, agencies, and other parties involved in property transactions
• Handling initial client enquiries and providing quotes
• Supporting case administration and task management
• Registering transactions with HM Land Registry and obtaining client ID
• Meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, and minute taking
• Providing basic IT support and general departmental assistance
