What You’ll Be Doing

Crafting smart supply plans using demand forecasts and production data
Partnering with Sales and Demand teams to align supply with market needs
Managing inventory to avoid stockouts and reduce excess
Scheduling production to meet delivery targets
Coordinating with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely materials
Analysing performance data to uncover insights and drive improvements
Mitigating risks with proactive contingency planning
Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Collaborating cross-functionally with Logistics, Procurement, and Quality
Reporting on KPIs and presenting actionable insights to leadership

What You Need To Be Successful In The Role

A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in supply or production planning
Strong grasp of inventory management and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
