Junior Application Support Analyst

A Junior Application Support Analyst is now sought by a well-known software solutions Company. This a fantastic and rare entry level opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their first step into a customer focussed technology role.

To be considered you will have one of the following profiles.

1. Some commercial experience gained within an IT service desk / application support role combined with a knowledge of databases, operating systems (Linux – Ideal), ODBC and MS Office tools. 
   
    
   
   
2. A dynamic individual with a knowledge of business processes, ideally you will have worked with ERP systems and have gained a good understanding the different areas they cover. You will be keen in progressing a career into a technical role and will be able to demonstrate personal learning within areas such as technology such as operating systems, databases and data / reporting tools.

This role offers a starting salary of £24,000 to £28,000 and exceptional benefits and annual leave. After 6 months’ training and development the role will be made hybrid and offer a degree of flexible working.
