About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment and Learner Coordinator to join this team. This role is key in supporting both staff recruitment and learner enrolment, ensuring efficient and compliant processes for all candidates, learners, and associates.
You will coordinate permanent recruitment, support recruitment tasks, and liaise with internal teams and external recruitment partners to maintain seamless operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, learner coordination, or apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support the full learner enrolment process, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and onboarding requirements are completed.
• Assist with staff recruitment, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and providing professional feedback.
• Support the coordination of permanent recruitment, ensuring smooth processes from application through to onboarding.
• Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including contracts, communications, and onboarding support.
• Liaise with recruitment partners, agencies, and internal hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and progress.
• Schedule and organise interviews, induction sessions, and meetings for learners and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and learner activity using internal systems.
• Collaborate with trainers, assessors, and programme leads to allocate learners appropriately and support their successful programme start.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment and learner onboarding processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider operations, HR, and quality teams as required.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
• Previous experience in recruitment, learner enrolment, or apprenticeship coordination.
• Understanding of apprenticeship training programmes and ESFA funding requirements (desirable).
• Experience coordinating permanent and learner recruitment processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• Confident using MS Office and learner management or CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and compliant records.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to build positive relationships with colleagues, learners, and external partners.
