Key Account Internal Sales Executive - National 
 
Salary £26-£30k
 
Hours - Mon - Thur 8am to 17pm Fri 8am to 13pm ( Site Based ) 
 
Purpose 

To be the driving force behind our key Account relationships as the dedicated point of contact for the top clients you will build strong connections , maximise sales opportunities and deliver outstanding account management . Your expertise will ensure seamless service , customer satisfaction and long term success.
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
Working directly with the Key Account Manager to service and sell to the companies key account portfolio ensuring exemplary service to all customers .
 
Managing a portfolio of nationally based Key Account customers to deliver an excellent customer experience , drive repeat business and strengthen the companies reputation . 
 
Maintaining a high volume of proactive business development calls to increase companies market share .
 
Converting inbound telephone and email enquires into profitable sales opportunities 
 
Effectively managing a structured pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent customer communication and maximise conversations rates 
 
Recording all customer interactions , generating quotes and converting into orders within central CRM and ERP  systems.
 
Arranging sales meetings to strengthen relationships and advance sales opportunities 
 
Providing accurate first-time administration and project coordination to ensure efficient order processing through to delivery .
 
Achievement of individually agreed and set sales targets and activities 
 
Contributing to the achievement of team targets , objectives and SLA expectations .
 
Skills Required 
 
A highly motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities 
 
Proven experience in outbound calling to drive revenue 
 
Excellent telephone communication skills 
 
A strong customer focus 
 
A positive attitude change and continuous improvement 
 
Experience with CRM and ERP systems 
 
Must have full knowledge of all Microsoft packages
