Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts

• Week 1: 07:00 – 15:00
• Week 2: 15:00 – 23:00

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join a busy production environment in Headcorn, Kent. This role involves stacking products from the production line onto pallets, ensuring safe and efficient handling of heavy items.

• Safely lift and stack products from the production line onto pallets.
• Maintain a fast working pace while ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for manual handling.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Production Operative/ Pallet Stocker Requirements

• Must have a valid driving licence and own transport (due to location).
• Ability to safely lift heavy items and work on your feet for long periods.
• Good stamina and physical strength.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
