Reach Forklift Driver

Pertemps are looking for a Reach Forklift Driver for a leading specialist in caring for the world’s most valuable possessions. Our Hemel Hempstead based client pride themselves on providing exceptional service and ensuring the utmost care and security for their clients’ treasured items.

Position: Reach Forklift Driver

Salary: £28,000 per annum rising to £29,500 after passing probation

Shift Pattern: Alternating weekly shifts

Week 1: 6am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Week 2: 8am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a reach forklift at heights of 10 meters and above.
Efficiently load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements:

- Valid reach forklift license. Specifically D2 Licence
- Proven experience operating reach forklifts, particularly at heights of 10 meters or more.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work alternating shifts.
- Competent with Administration
