Electrical Wirer – Location: Stroud, Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus, Hours: Monday–Thursday, 07:30–16:30 | Friday, 07:30–14:00, immediate start for the right candidate following successful interview, Free on site parking.

Are you an experienced Electrical wirer looking to take pride in high-quality electrical fitting? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our clients production team in Stroud, where you’ll play a key role in building precise electrical circuits and sub-circuits that power cutting-edge equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and wiring electrical circuits and sub-circuits for vehicles and equipment of varying complexity.
• Wiring panels and assembling basic electrical panels.
• Following detailed written instructions and working under supervision to meet production standards.
• Maintaining strict compliance with company Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Upholding company safety rules and quality standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong foundation in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of four GCSEs (A–C or equivalent).
• Recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings accurately.
• Competence in using standard electrical tools and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
