What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and deliver site investigations, from scoping to reporting
• Produce detailed geotechnical designs (earthworks, slopes, retaining structures, settlement assessments)
• Write clear, insightful interpretative reports and design appraisals
• Oversee subcontractors, manage H&S compliance, and support planning applications
• Share your knowledge by mentoring junior engineers and collaborating cross-functionally

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Geology, Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (MSc a bonus)
• Ideally, 4–5+ years of UK ground investigation and geotechnical design experience
• Proficiency with software like Geo5, Holebase, QGIS or AutoCAD (training available)
• Sound knowledge of UK regs, BS codes, and site-based methodologies
• Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card (or willingness to train)
