Job Description
The Role: As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:
- Making outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
✔ Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or a customer service role.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
✔ A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
