Your Role:
🔹 Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional HR & recruitment support.
🔹 Oversee the sales and operational functions of the department, ensuring efficiency and target achievement.
🔹 Provide HR support to Head Office and store managers, handling queries and issues.
🔹 Manage and allocate department workload, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
🔹 Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new store teams.
🔹 Work closely with senior leadership on HR, recruitment, and operational projects.
🔹 Streamline processes, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong HR & recruitment knowledge with an operational mindset.
✅ A proactive sales approach, able to drive performance and meet targets.
✅ Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
✅ A confident relationship builder with strong communication skills.
✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/recruitment systems.

📍 Location: Plymouth, Devon
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45 AM – 17:30 PM
📃 Contract: Temporary to Permanent
