Executive Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of an inspiring charity based in the heart of Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to join a purpose-driven organisation during an exciting period of change and development.
This role has the potential to grow and evolve with the organisation, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

- Plymouth City Centre
- 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times within office hours)
- £13.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience
- 3-month temporary contract – with potential to be extended or become permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team
• Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meetings
• Take minutes at key meetings and follow up on actions
• Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations
• Support project delivery by managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Contribute to data protection audits and IT modernisation projects
• Help streamline governance processes and internal communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is essential
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Confident working closely with senior leaders
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional, proactive, and flexible approach
