Legal Executive (NQ–2 PQE) / Property Solicitor – Devon-based
 

📍 Devon | £35,000–£45,000 | Full-time, Permanent


A niche, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. They specialise in advising state schools and FE colleges across the UK, offering meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.

The role:

• Commercial and residential property matters
• Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
• Title reviews and Land Registry work
• Gradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)

 
The candidate:

• Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyer
• Positive, solution-focused, and keen to learn
• Organised with attention to detail

 
 
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)
 

Hours: 37.5/week
