Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a secure working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor machinery used in the production and packaging of food products.
• Process Optimization: Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and reduce waste.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Documentation: Accurately record production data and maintain logs for traceability and quality assurance.
• Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and safety guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production process

Qualifications:

• Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
