Key responsibilities of the Accounts Senior:

• Preparing year-end accounts for a broad range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
• Managing your own client portfolio and acting as a key point of contact.
• Preparing management accounts, VAT returns, and Corporation Tax computations.
• Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work where required.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Building strong working relationships with clients to provide ongoing advice and support.

The ideal Accounts Senior:

• ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified with strong practice experience.
• Proven experience preparing accounts and managing client relationships.
• Confident working independently with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and mentor junior colleagues.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
