Location: Coventry
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Potential earnings: £36,000 - £60,000 per year)
Overview:
A reputable and long-standing private medical insurance brokerage is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their Coventry office. The role offers a great opportunity to work within a professional and supportive team, with a focus on building client relationships and making a meaningful impact. This is an office-based position with no face-to-face appointments required, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell tailored insurance policies based on clients' needs and budgets.
  • Respond promptly to client leads, offering excellent service with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, documenting all details in line with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Conduct detailed market reviews for clients using in-house quote engines and present findings clearly and professionally.
  • Keep customer management systems updated and accurate, ensuring that all information is logged correctly.
  • Offer annual policy reviews and provide ongoing support throughout the policy term.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers and manage your own sales opportunities effectively.
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own sales opportunities.
  • A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
