Job Description

A dynamic and growing company is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Redhill. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys supporting customers and ensuring smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities include:
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, utilising CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Administer & monitor the order processing systems.
  • Download & record results & information via online system.
  • Perform general office duties and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

The Person:
  • Previous experience within a customer service role is essential
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential
  • Good knowledge of IT systems is beneficial

The Package:
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Salary of up to £25,000pa DOE.
