Warehouse Picker

We are working with our client to recruit additional staff during an exciting period of growth. This expansion presents an opportunity to join their team of warehouse and picking operatives at their new location in Manor Royal, Crawley.

Our client plays a pivotal role in providing care homes with the tools they need to deliver exceptional care in a constantly evolving world. Their work goes beyond solving the problems of today—they are driving meaningful change in the care home sector, leading it towards meeting future demands by creating bespoke solutions that align with their clients' visions.

There are multiple vacancies available for this role, with the option for an immediate start. The position begins on a full-time, temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Picking and packing orders
Organising warehouse stock
Using internal systems, tablets/scanners (PDA), or manual (paper) pick sheets for order picking
Supporting a variety of tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Performing general warehouse duties as required

This role requires some heavy lifting, so all applicants must be physically fit and capable of lifting items weighing up to 25kg.
