Job Description

Our client, a well-established fire protection service based in Horsham, offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a customer-focussed role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role:
  • Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
  • Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
  • Keep clients updated on job progress.
  • Maintain and update client contract terms via the CRM database.
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients.
  • A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in scheduling (advantageous but not essential).

What's on Offer?
  • Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service-plus your birthday off!
