Job Description

Our client, a well-established electronics company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in East Grinstead. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who has experience in a sales support function within a technical or component-based industry.

*Please note - own transport is essential due to the location*

The Role:
  • Manage incoming quote requests and ensure timely responses
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding quotes, order updates, and general queries
  • Monitor market trends and product availability to support sourcing
  • Process sales orders and amendments accurately
  • Maintain customer information and order records on the CRM system
  • Review customer contracts and liaise on any concessions required
  • Work closely with internal departments and the US warehouse to coordinate dispatch and delivery within SLAs

The Person:
  • Previous experience in a sales administration/support role
  • Industry experience in electronics, automotive, industrial, aerospace, or component sales is highly beneficial
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence working with part numbers, pricing margins, and order details
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

The Package:
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
  • Flexible working (2 days WFH) after successful 6-month probation - days must be flexible based on business needs
  • Salary up to £29,000 per annum DOE
