We are looking for a sales-driven candidate to lead property viewings at a brand-new co-living development in Guildford. This is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic about property sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Present and promote the development professionally
- Support occupancy targets by converting viewings into applications

Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, full-time during the 4-week period
