This is a varied and hands-on role supporting their busy sales office - perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being at the heart of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Taking customer order details and passing them to the sales team
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining records
  • Processing and issuing invoices
  • Assisting with tendering administration - collating specifications and preparing quotations
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties

The Package
  • Full training and ongoing development opportunities.
  • £26,000 - £29,000
  • Monday - Thursday 8-5, early finish on a Friday

About You
  • Experienced in administration or office support
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Full UK Driving Licence
