Clone - Workshop Technician

Job Description: Our client is a plant hire company that are looking to recruit an addition to their workshop technician team based out of their yard in Redhill, Surrey.

The role will be to check in all returned hire equipment (ladder, goods only, chain, personnell hoists), clean it up and condust ny routine maintenance and repairs required in preparation for it's next hire.

Full training will be provided but a fundamental understanding and ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment is needed. Ideally with materials handling mechanical/electrical knowledge.

Requirements for the role will entail;
Erecting scaffolding systems
Working with electrical equipment and understanding wiring diagrams
Service and install hoists
Working hours 7.30 am 5.00 pm (site based)

Very competitive salary commensurate with experience and abilities (minimum starting salary will be £30,000) with senior engineers earning in excess of £45K+
22 days holiday + Bank Holiday.
