Our client a successful and growing events company based in Rye, is recruiting for a Procurement Executive to join their team. This company specialises in planning and delivering high-end corporate events across the globe.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary up to £28,000DOE
• 36 days holiday including bank holidays
• Two-week Christmas shutdown
• A vibrant, dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth
• Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with suppliers to source AV equipment at competitive prices
• Prepare accurate and compelling project quotes for clients
• Manage logistics and ensure the timely delivery of equipment to the head office and international venues
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless event execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and negotiation skills
• A technical mindset with an eye for detail
• Interest in music, entertainment, or AV equipment is highly desirable
• Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar role preferred
• Own transport is strongly preferred due to office location
