Plant Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) - Chichester

Salary circa £42-48,000 (DOE)
A well-established production factory, based in Chichester is looking to recruit a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer, with solid electrical understanding, to support ongoing reliability through effective servicing, repairs and planned preventative maintenance of their production machinery.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 9 hours per day
• Late morning starts Monday–Thursday
• 7:00am start on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Maintenance work involving hydraulics and pneumatics
• Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong multi-skilled maintenance background (electrical & mechanical)
• Experience within manufacturing environments advantageous
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Electrical three phase experience in a production environment
• Ability to work independently and respond proactively to maintenance issues
